Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager with cell therapy experience to lead global CTM activities within sponsor settings. You will coordinate trial management delivery, resolve issues, and mentor a growing team, ensuring high-quality outcomes across programs.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, developing monitoring plans, driving study start-up and enrollment, and fostering strong partnerships with sponsors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Clinical Trial Management at a global level within a pharma or sponsor setting.
• Experience in managing Cell Therapy studies.
• Vendor management experience, leading calls and budgets.
• At least 5+ years in clinical trial management.
• Strong cross-functional working experience.
• Experience in managing complex/global trials; start-up to database lock preferred.
• Ability to coach/mentor CTMs and lead a team.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trial management delivery, resolve issues, and develop team capability.
• Budget oversight of the clinical portion to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Develop monitoring plans and tools to ensure effective study oversight.
• Train and mentor CRAs to optimize performance.
• Drive enrollment and oversee study start-up activities within timelines.
