Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Solution Consultant to lead technical efforts for Monterrey-based channel partners.

You will work with focus partners to develop business plans, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and design integrated solutions across our cybersecurity portfolio. In this role you will expand partnerships, provide pre-sales support, train partners on products and integrations, and stay aligned with roadmaps.

Qualifications

5+ years in Partner Solution Consulting, pre-sales, or similar technical role in tech.
Experience with channel sales models and working with resellers/distributors/partners.
Prefer experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings.
Experience in complex, multi-product sales processes is a plus.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work with technical teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners in Monterrey, Mexico region.
Develop business plans with focus partners aligned to strategic objectives.
Provide technical pre-sales support: product demos, presentations, and solution design.
Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and expand partnerships.
Plan and drive technical training sessions for partners on products and integrations.
Support partners with post-implementation issues with internal teams.
Design customized solutions based on partner/customer needs, aligned with standards.
Stay updated on product roadmaps and industry trends to assist partners' growth.
Develop channel enablement materials: guides, manuals, webinars.
Provide feedback to product/engineering on improvements based on partner feedback.
Maintain records of partner interactions, sales pipeline, and support progress for management.
