Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico in Querétaro is seeking a Senior Management Reporting Analyst to support the Finance team with reporting and analysis, partnering with global, regional, and firm leaders.

You will handle service delivery, project management, and people relationships while leveraging Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools to produce dashboards and insights. English and Spanish fluency is required, with a focus on clear communication and data governance.

Formación

• Completion of course of study/Egresado in any pertinent field or industry.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience in business planning and analysis/operations, preferably in a global organization.
• Ability to research and analyze data from internal and external sources.
• Very good understanding of financial and reporting concepts and operations metrics/KPIs used by professional services firms.
• Familiarity with data governance, metric consistency, and reporting controls to help ensure trusted, auditable, and business-aligned outputs.
• Experience supporting the run and maintenance of reporting solutions, including issue triage, refresh monitoring, defect resolution, and coordination with technology or data teams.
• Possess strong communication skills with proficiency in Spanish and English, both oral and written, and ability to clearly articulate/translate ideas and independently present concepts convincingly to a wide range of audiences.
• Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel.
• Proficient level of expertise in MS PowerPoint, with skills to create executive level presentations.
• Ability to effectively use other commonly used software such as MS Word and MS Outlook in completion of work.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Web Intelligence, or SAP BOE, with the ability to support and enhance dashboards, reports, and insight products.
• Experience working with report automation and workflow enablement tools such as Power Automate, with an emphasis on improving repeatability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the Queretaro Office.
