Mech-Mind Robotics is seeking a Sales Manager for Central Mexico to own the full sales lifecycle—from territory planning to deal closure—driving growth with automotive Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, OEMs, and system integrators.

You will engage with engineering teams to design 3D vision and AI robotics solutions, articulate ROI, and expand key accounts while collaborating with internal teams for scalable customer success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in industrial automation, machine vision, robotics, or closely related technologies.
• Proven ability to prospect and close independently across multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Strong technical fluency in automation and machine vision solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Territory: plan and execute sales activities across Central Mexico, full sales cycle to growth targets.
• Hunt & Land Key Accounts: prospect, qualify, and close automotive Tier 1/2 suppliers, OEMs, and integrators.
• Be the Technical Trusted Advisor: discuss with engineering to design 3D vision/AI solutions and ROI.
• Drive Account Expansion: manage key accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and nurture partnerships.
• Align Internal Resources: collaborate with engineering, applications, and support to deliver winning solutions.
• Read the Market: monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities.
• Represent the Brand: lead regional events to build brand authority and pipeline.
• Build for Scale: provide feedback to leadership on market signals and pricing.
