Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote, contract position. You will own the day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and drive client satisfaction while maintaining performance.

The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, KPI tracking, and clear communication with leadership and clients. The ideal candidate has BPO project management experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• BPO experience is essential.
• Proven experience managing BPO projects, programs, accounts, teams or operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics and targets.
• Experience working directly with clients or supporting Client Success.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work with clients to understand needs, expectations, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Identify and address issues impacting client satisfaction or project performance.
• Monitor project KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal teams on performance and service delivery.
• Manage escalations and ensure resolutions.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and clients.
