Twilio is seeking a Billing Supervisor to support end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and post-billing communications for sales teams and customers. You will lead an international team based in Mexico while collaborating with Deal Operations, Revenue Accounting, Collections, and Sales.

You will oversee daily billing and provisioning processes, ensure timely invoicing, and maintain data integrity across systems. Remote role with occasional in-person gatherings and travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a billing operations role.
• Experience with Salesforce and Zuora.
• Experience with supervising and developing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in SaaS/technology industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise an international team of analysts handling post-billing communications and invoicing.
• Oversee daily order management, billing, and customer communications with adherence to SLAs.
• Escalation point for billing, collections, and order management inquiries.
• Review contracts across systems to maintain data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Execute month-end reconciliations in a SOX-compliant manner.
• Coordinate audits and support tax consultants during reviews.
• Drive process improvements and beacon new system implementations.
• Onboard, train and mentor team members.
