Job summary

Bighorn Law is seeking a Real Estate Operations Coordinator to manage investment properties from contract signing through listing or renting in a fully remote role based in Mexico.

You will work a full-time schedule on U.S. Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday), coordinating due diligence, permitting, closing coordination, and project management with contractors, attorneys, lenders, government offices, vendors, and our internal team.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, proactive Real Estate Operations Coordinator to manage investment properties from contract signing through listing or renting.

Responsibilities

• This is a fully remote role that combines real estate due diligence, permitting, closing coordination, and project management.
• You will be responsible for keeping deals moving, deadlines on track, projects within budget, and communication flowing between contractors, attorneys, lenders, government offices, vendors, and our internal team, all from your computer.
• No travel or site visits are required.
