Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management, residential or multifamily.
• C1/C2 English and Spanish proficiency.
• Experience with property management software (AppFolio etc.).
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Managing tenant relations and leasing coordination.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and tenant inquiries.
• Coordinate maintenance and leasing activities.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquencies.
• Liaise with property owners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics.
