• 2–5 years as accounting assistant, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or data entry.
• Proficient in English and Spanish; accurate data entry with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting a U.S.-based finance team.
• Intermediate Excel with data organization and formulas.

Responsabilidades

• Enter Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately into the accounting system
• Process invoices, vendor bills, customer payments, and credit memos
• Maintain organized electronic accounting records and filings
• Support month-end activities by preparing schedules
• Communicate with U.S. team in English and Mexican stakeholders in Spanish
• Follow established procedures within the remote desktop environment
• Perform other administrative and data entry tasks to support the finance team
