Turnitin is a global education technology leader seeking a Bid Administrator to drive efficiency across bid lifecycles, manage global procurement portals, and maintain a central knowledgebase with on-brand messaging. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Sales to support RFP/Tender submissions worldwide.

The role emphasizes content governance, process optimization, and proactive stakeholder engagement. A remote-first culture supports flexible hours across regions.

Formación

• 2+ years experience as a Bid Administrator or Tender Coordinator.
• Higher Education level, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Advanced skills in database/knowledge management and knowledge bases.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end administrative process for security questionnaires and RFPs/Tenders.
• Maintain real-time RFP/Tender tracking mechanisms.
• Handle e-procurement portal requirements end-to-end and ensure accurate alerts.
• Monitor tender scraping systems and triage opportunities globally.
• Design and optimize content repository structure for easy access and accuracy.
• Curate content for master responses and ensure on-brand tone.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to shape proposal content.
• Coordinate standardized proposal documentation and gather supporting materials.
• Lead review cycles of content and update master response sets.
• Maintain templates and pre-written technical responses with internal stakeholders.
• Assist QA reviews to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency.
