Mexicali RTX Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to support key procurement processes, standards, and operational strategies in Mexico. You will manage RFPs, assist with negotiation preparations, and conduct cost analyses while collaborating with internal stakeholders to purchase goods, materials, supplies, and services.

The role requires strong English communication and a university degree with relevant experience; advanced degree is a plus.

Formación

• University degree with relevant procurement experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management and negotiations.
• Maintains cost accountability and supports program implementation across categories.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to purchase goods, materials, and services.
• Prepares purchase orders and approves payments to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and data for informed decisions.
• Supports development of RFPs and bid packages to ensure compliant sourcing.
• Maintains purchase, cost, delivery, and inventory records for compliance.
• Coordinates with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.
• Manages supplier relationships within a commodity to meet business needs.
• Oversees purchase orders alignment with business requirements.
