Remoto Workforce is seeking a skilled Remote BAS/HVAC Controls Support Engineer to provide advanced Tier 2–3 technical support for Building Automation Systems and low-voltage controls. You will troubleshoot HVAC controllers, sensors, thermostats, actuators, and related devices while supporting contractors, installers, field technicians, and customers.

The role emphasizes remote assistance via phone, email, ticketing systems, and remote access tools, with a focus on complex technical resolution

Formación

3+ years experience supporting HVAC controls, BAS/BMS, or building controls.
Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control documentation.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

Provide Tier 2–3 remote technical support for BAS/BMS and HVAC Controls systems.
Troubleshoot HVAC controllers, sensors, thermostats, actuators, relays, and low-voltage devices.
Support contractors, installers, electricians, field technicians, and customers with troubleshooting.
Diagnose hardware, wiring, communication, configuration, and system integration issues.
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and control drawings.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions using ticketing systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
Manage multiple support cases while delivering excellent customer experience.
