E80 Group is seeking a H24 Front Office Coordinator to join its Technical Customer Service team in Monterrey. The role focuses on managing remote front office operations, ensuring quick, accurate remote diagnostics, and maintaining top customer satisfaction across installed systems.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in automation, with strong IT tool proficiency and fluency in English and Spanish. Monterrey-area residents are preferred for on-site work.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation.
• Strong knowledge of IT tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Resident of Monterrey area.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Front Office resources ensuring first-level support during downtime and guide customers through problem solving until resolution.
• Monitor ticketing processes and evaluate Front Office performance.
• Ensure proper prioritization of active support requests and communicate with customers.
• Identify recurring non-conformities and promote improvements.
• Assess performance and train new technicians in the Front Office team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout troubleshooting phases.
• Plan and manage team rotations and shift scheduling.
• Assign Front Office representatives to duties.
