Bluelight is seeking a results-driven Sales Development representative to drive high-volume outbound outreach and build a robust sales pipeline. You will use Apollo, Clay, Instantly and ZoomInfo to target ideal customers, craft personalized messages, and book discovery calls for Account Executives.

The role emphasizes independent contribution within a collaborative team, with remote work options, performance bonuses, and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly and ZoomInfo required.
• Proven B2B sales experience in tech/software preferred.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day).
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists aligned with ICP.
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences and follow-ups.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need and timeline.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and log all activities.
