Bluelight is seeking a seasoned outbound sales professional to join our rapidly growing team. You will execute high-volume prospecting, manage outreach in HubSpot, and build targeted lists aligned with our ideal customer profile.

You will qualify opportunities and book discovery calls for Account Executives to grow a robust pipeline. We value continuous learning, collaboration, and a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly and ZoomInfo.
• Proven B2B or inside sales experience in tech/software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience in telemarketing or outbound campaigns is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80-150+ activities/day) via calls, emails, LinkedIn and SMS.
• Use HubSpot to manage outreach tasks, cadences, and follow-ups.
• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with ICP.
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences to engage prospects.
• Research accounts and identify decision-makers with ZoomInfo.
• Write and send high-converting outbound messages with clear CTAs.
• Qualify prospects and identify real sales opportunities.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and follow up.
• Log all activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot.
• Meet KPIs: activity targets, conversations, meetings, pipeline.
