Ssg Corp is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support for production applications and systems.

The ideal candidate will understand HTTP, REST APIs, SQL, and web troubleshooting, with strong communication and documentation skills. This role focuses on monitoring and triaging production issues, identifying root causes, and clearly documenting findings and resolutions for internal teams. Remote work options are available.

Formación

• Solid understanding of HTTP fundamentals and REST APIs.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to run queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing.
• Experience troubleshooting web or application issues using browser Developer Tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly document technical findings and troubleshooting activities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production issues and incidents.
• Troubleshoot HTTP and browser-related issues using DevTools.
• Perform API testing and troubleshooting with Postman.
• Run basic SQL queries to validate data.
• Analyze issues and identify root causes.
• Review logs and error messages during troubleshooting.
• Document findings, steps taken, and resolutions clearly.
• Communicate issues and findings to internal teams.
• Follow established troubleshooting and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with other technical teams when needed.
