Jobgether SRL in Mexico is hiring an AI Agent Developer to design and deliver intelligent agents that automate business workflows and improve user interactions with enterprise systems. You will build conversational experiences, connect agents to data sources, APIs, and platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Automate, and implement RAG solutions.

• Experience with generative AI concepts and LLMs.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and RAG solutions.
• Experience designing scalable AI agents for enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure services is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build conversational experiences to answer questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third‑party platforms.
• Develop, implement, and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI‑enabled business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, orchestration logic, and other components required for effective agent experiences.
• Apply appropriate governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor agent performance, adoption, usage metrics, and response quality, using insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define AI use cases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the reliability and operational performance of AI solutions.
