Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build conversational experiences to answer questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third‑party platforms.
• Develop, implement, and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI‑enabled business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, orchestration logic, and other components required for effective agent experiences.
• Apply appropriate governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor agent performance, adoption, usage metrics, and response quality, using insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define AI use cases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the reliability and operational performance of AI solutions.

Requirements

• Experience working with generative AI concepts and technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agent design, conversational AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is preferred, along with familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with modern front‑end technologies such as Angular or React, with additional familiarity with Java considered valuable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services.
• Experience working with SQL Server and enterprise data environments.
• Understanding of AI agent architecture, integrations, connectors, orchestration, and enterprise workflow automation.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions that align with organizational governance and compliance requirements.
