BairesDev is hiring an Agentic Generative AI Engineer to architect systems capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution. You will connect foundational models with structured orchestrations to deliver goal-driven solutions across global operations.

Role emphasizes agentic frameworks, robust workflows, and cost-efficient, transparent AI. This is a 100% remote position with USD compensation and flexible hours, supporting a global Top 1% talent environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
Proven expertise in developing generative AI applications and solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and develop single- and multi-agent AI systems capable of executing complex business tasks autonomously.
Implement robust agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows to coordinate continuous perceive-plan-act-reflect loops.
Build and optimize workflows integrating generative AI architectures with APIs, enterprise databases, and tools.
Establish validation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and guardrails to ensure output reliability and content safety.
Monitor and tune agent reasoning performance, balancing autonomy with system transparency and cost efficiency.
