BairesDev, a global technology leader, seeks an Agentic Generative AI Engineer to design autonomous AI systems and integrate generative models with orchestrations to automate complex business tasks.

You will build multi-agent workflows, validation frameworks, and optimized pipelines, ensuring performance, safety, and cost efficiency. This is a 100% remote role offering competitive USD compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing generative AI applications and solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop single- and multi-agent AI systems capable of executing complex business tasks autonomously.
• Implement robust agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows to coordinate continuous perceive-plan-act-reflect loops.
• Build and optimize workflows integrating generative AI architectures with APIs, enterprise databases, and tools.
• Establish validation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and guardrails to ensure output reliability and content safety.
• Monitor and tune agent reasoning performance, balancing autonomy with system transparency and cost efficiency.
