Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and develop multi-step agentic systems, connecting generative AI models with tools to orchestrate long-running workflows.

You will build frameworks, tool-calling, and multi-agent coordination, optimize transformer-based systems, and ensure observability across complex AI tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building agentic systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong proficiency in Python and implementing tool-calling and multi-agent coordination.
• Deep understanding of transformer architecture and observability for long-running AI workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Agentic AI Engineer at BairesDev
