Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Mexico to oversee the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. The role involves collaborating with technicians and cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes and ensure safety compliance.

You will use CMMS to track, schedule, and report activities, and you will prepare documentation while coordinating with vendors for parts and service scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in maintenance planning or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and CMMS tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the maintenance schedule for all equipment and facility systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to prioritize work orders and manage backlog.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize CMMS for tracking, scheduling, and reporting maintenance activities.
