Flex Guadalajara seeks a Talent Lead to act as the strategic talent partner for the region, aligning global talent strategy with regional priorities and workforce needs. You will identify gaps, advise HRBPs, and drive adoption of enterprise-wide talent programs and tools.

This role bridges the Global Talent Center of Excellence with regional delivery. The ideal candidate will influence senior leaders, lead succession and development planning, and deploy leadership programs to strengthen regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in the qualifications.
• Experience in Talent Management and Leadership Development.
• Experience leading talent reviews and succession planning.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, and executive coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify talent, leadership, and organizational gaps across the designated region.
• Translate business objectives into talent priorities and development strategies.
• Assess regional workforce needs and strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Guide leaders through talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning processes.
• Deploy global talent programs regionally while aligning with local needs.
• Leverage talent data to inform workforce decisions and investments.
