Job summary

Flex Guadalajara is seeking a Talent Lead to partner with HRBPs and leadership to shape talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across the region. You will translate business goals into talent priorities, guide succession planning, and drive programs that build leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent, leadership, organizational, and capability gaps with business leaders.
• Translate business objectives into talent priorities and development strategies.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning processes.
• Guide leaders through calibration discussions and standardize talent practices regionally.
• Deploy global leadership development programs within the region and accelerate new leader onboarding.
• Use talent data and insights to inform workforce decisions and investments.
• Partner with HRBPs to strengthen leadership pipelines and critical capabilities.
