Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a seasoned FPD Supply Chain Program Manager to lead regional procurement and sourcing hubs across multiple regions. The role emphasizes strong people leadership, governance, and continuous improvement while ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to global policies.

You will partner with Finance and Operations to realize savings, drive performance, and implement standardized processes across hubs, sites, and functions. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Significant experience in Procurement, Sourcing or regional hub ops.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams across regions.
• Knowledge of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.
• Ability to establish standardized work and internal controls.
• Strong project, change management and governance skills.
• Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and SLA management.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Hub Managers and ensure accountability for leadership and performance.
• Drive standardized procurement and sourcing processes across hubs.
• Serve as senior operations liaison among hubs, sites, and functions.
• Deploy and improve the regional hub operating model.
• Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and approval requirements.
• Ensure performance expectations and daily management cadence.
• Support site-to-hub transfers and transitions with readiness planning.
• Maintain supply continuity and PO execution during changes.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, governance, and risk logs.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability and adherence to policies.
• Partner with finance to track savings and efficiencies.
