You will lead Regional Hub Managers, ensure reliable hub execution, and drive continuous improvement across multiple regions, sites, and functions. The role combines senior people leadership, operating model deployment, performance governance, and strong collaboration with Finance, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Shared Services to safeguard supply continuity and optimized

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree in a related field.
• Significant procurement, sourcing, or regional hub operations experience.
• Proven leadership of managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong end-to-end Source-to-Pay understanding and compliance.
• Ability to establish standardized workflows, controls, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Hub Managers and ensure accountable leadership and performance.
• Drive standardized procurement processes across hubs and sites.
• Act as senior operations liaison among hubs, sites, functions, and IT.
• Deploy and improve the regional hub operating model and procedures.
• Monitor dashboards, governance routines, risk logs, and action plans.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability and adherence to policies and controls.
• Collaborate with Finance to track savings, capital, and efficiency gains.
