Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead the regional procurement and sourcing hub operating model across the FPD region. You will directly manage Regional Hub Managers and ensure stable, scalable, and standardized hub execution spanning multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams across regions.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and compliance.
• Proven ability to establish standardized work and internal controls.
• Strong project and change management skills with governance.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, in a matrix organization.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Hub Managers and establish accountability for performance and continuous improvement.
• Drive ownership, transparency, and standardized procurement processes across hubs.
• Serve as senior liaison among Regional Hubs, Sites, and shared services.
• Lead deployment and continuous improvement of the regional hub operating model.
• Establish and maintain standardized procedures, workflows, and sourcing practices.
• Ensure hubs operate with clear performance expectations and governance routines.
• Oversee site-to-hub transfers, readiness, and post-transition stabilization.
• Safeguard continuity of supply, PO execution, and supplier/customer commitments.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, risk registers, and action logs for performance visibility.
