Flowserve is seeking a Supplier Development Supervisor to drive supplier capability, capacity, and performance improvements across strategic initiatives. You will lead assessments, onboarding, and capability development while partnering with Procurement, Quality, and Engineering to ensure regulatory compliance and long-term supplier partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years in supplier development, supplier quality, procurement, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading supplier-development initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier-development initiatives to improve quality, delivery, cost and capacity.
• Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and capability evaluations to support approvals.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Category Management and Divisional teams.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks and drive continuous-improvement projects.
