Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in Torreón, Mexico, seeks a seasoned FPD Supply Chain Program Manager to lead regional procurement and sourcing hub operations across the region. You will manage Regional Hub Managers, drive standardized processes, and ensure stable, scalable execution aligned with Flowserve's supply chain policies.

The role requires strong leadership across functions, experience with Source-to-Pay processes, and a track record of continuous improvement. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• Significant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, Shared Services, or regional hub operations.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams across regions, sites, or business units.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and supplier engagement.
• Ability to establish and improve standardized work, workflows, and internal controls.
• Strong project, change management, governance, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Hub Managers with clear accountability.
• Drive standardized procurement processes across all regional hubs.
• Serve as senior liaison among Regional Hubs, Sites, Operations, and Global Supply Chain.
• Lead deployment and continuous improvement of the regional hub operating model.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, workflows, and sourcing controls.
• Ensure hub performance with dashboards, KPIs, and governance routines.
• Oversee site-to-hub transitions, capacity planning, and data quality.
• Partner with Finance to track savings and productivity gains.
