Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist Ancillary Equipment to oversee supplier performance, risk, and delivery across a regional portfolio. You will manage supplier relationships, drive corrective actions, and coordinate with Category Management to meet OTD and cost objectives.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in procurement, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with 5+ years in Supply Chain and a Bachelor’s in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Strong interpersonal relationship management.
• Understanding of commercial and technical areas of supply chain.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools (Power BI).
• Ability to influence, communicate and collaborate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance focusing on quality, delivery and competitiveness.
• Monitor supplier health and risk; advise internal actions and mitigation.
• Act as supplier base expert to support the business and liaise with global function.
• Coordinate supplier escalations and risk via proper channels.
• Collect data for reporting and regulatory needs.
• Support supplier claims handling and warranty related issues.
• Prepare and chair supplier business review meetings with follow-up actions.
