Sulzer is seeking a Regional Sales Head for MTCS Americas to lead a 3–5-person sales team and drive sustainable growth across key accounts in the region. You will own territory strategy, forecasting, and commercial execution, coordinating with service and operations in a matrix setup.
The role focuses on base‑business growth, major capital projects, and strategic account development with refinements, petrochemicals, LNG, mining, EPCs, and engineering partners.
Formación
- 10+ years in industrial B2B sales or strategic accounts.
- Experience leading commercial teams (3–5 people).
- Experience in forecasting, pipeline management and major capital projects.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute commercial and business development strategy for the region.
- Deliver annual order intake, revenue growth and market share objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop a 3–5 sales team and manage territory forecasting.
- Develop strategic account plans and executive relationships with key customers.
