Job summary

Sulzer seeks a Regional Sales Head for Mexico & Andean Region to drive profitable growth in MTCS. You will lead a 3–5 person sales team, own territory strategy, forecast, pipeline health and strategic account management across refiners, petrochemical and mining customers.

You will coordinate cross-functional resources in a matrix setup, pursue major capital projects, and shape commercial strategy in line with Americas goals. Travel 30–50% across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership.
• 10+ years in industrial B2B sales or business development with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial and business development strategy for assigned region.
• Deliver annual order intake, revenue growth and margin targets.
• Lead and coach a 3–5 person sales team; manage territory forecasting and pipeline health.
• Develop strategic accounts with refiners, petrochemical and mining customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources in a matrix organization to win major capital projects.
