Essity is seeking a Regional Product Coordinator for LATAM to drive portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and regional launches across Latin America. You will connect market needs with technical and business priorities, coordinating initiatives across the region and influencing stakeholders throughout the value chain.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in product or portfolio management, and advanced Excel capabilities to analyze profitability, pricing, and KPIs.

• Coordinate product launches, lifecycle initiatives, and portfolio optimization across LATAM.
• Analyze profitability, pricing, P&L drivers, and market KPIs to guide decisions.
• Partner with sales, manufacturing, quality, supply, regulatory, finance, and global teams to execute the strategy.
• Manage phase-in and phase-out processes and monitor launch performance.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product and innovation opportunities.

As Regional Product Coordinator, you will support portfolio strategy, innovation, product lifecycle management, and regional launches. You will connect market needs with technical and business priorities, coordinating initiatives across Latin America and influencing stakeholders throughout the value chain.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate product launches, lifecycle initiatives, and portfolio optimization.
• Analyze profitability, pricing, P&L drivers, market insights, and category KPIs.
• Partner with sales, manufacturing, quality, supply, regulatory, finance, and global teams.
• Manage phase-in and phase-out processes and monitor launch performance.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product and innovation opportunities

Who You Are

• Experience in product management, portfolio management, category management, innovation, or a related commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Basic understanding of P&L, profitability, pricing, and key financial drivers.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Advanced English communication skills to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across commercial, manufacturing, quality, supply, regulatory, finance, and global teams.
• Proactive and action-oriented mindset, with strong follow-up and ownership.
• Effective communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about technical processes, manufacturing, and product development.
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
