Essity Reynosa is seeking an RST Process Engineer to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable manufacturing that meets quality standards. You will create production standards, train teams and drive continuous improvement using global manufacturing excellence tools.

The role leads cost savings and process optimization projects, coordinates TPM and equipment efforts, validates machines, and maintains documentation.

Formación

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering (required).
  • 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Structured mindset with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage people and work independently and in teams.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SAP, and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

  • Management and maintenance of production process documentation (WIN, JB2, RESH, etc.).
  • Lead internal cost-saving and process optimization projects.
  • Coordinate Manex/TPM activities across the plant.
  • Oversee maintenance of label printers in production areas.
  • Lead problem-solving cycles related to process, quality, safety, and DOM.
  • Maintain the revalidation system for ~580 machines in CT area.

RST Process Engineer

About the Role

To ensure that manufacturing or production operations are safe, efficient, sustainable, and meet established quality standards. Is the ultimately responsible for creating the standards in production process and for communication and training the production teams accordingly. Facilitates the application of Global Manufacturing Excellence principles and tools (work instructions and procedures for safety, quality)

What You Will Do
  • Management and maintenance of documentation related to the process (WIN, JB2, RESH, etc.) (all CT)
  • Leadership of internal projects: cost savings, process optimization, equipment optimization, etc. (all CT)
  • Leads/coordinates Manex/TPM activities (all CT)
  • Coordinates/manages the physical maintenance of label printers in the production areas (entire plant)
  • Leads problem-solving cycles related to process, quality, safety, DOM, etc.
  • Validations: Responsible for maintaining the revalidation system in the CT area for approximately 580 machines.
Who You Are
  • University Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Experience of 3-5 years in the manufacturing industry.
  • Structured mindset and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage people and teams.
  • Ability to work independently, confidently, self-sufficiently, and team-oriented.
  • Knowledge of MS Office/Autocad/Minitab.
  • Fully bilingual.
  • Knowledge of the textile industry (desirable).
  • Project management.
  • Machine validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodology.
  • SAP ERP System.
