Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V seeks a Brand Intern based in Santa Fe. You will assist the Brand Coordinator for Regio by executing the yearly innovation plans in Mexico and supporting the development of relevant brand extensions and products.

In this role, you will analyze market trends, collaborate with Mills, Finances, Supply, Marketing and Sales, and help ensure successful product launches with aligned packaging and clear tracking of results.

Formación

• Bachelor students in Marketing, Engineering or Administration track.
• Last year or up to 3 semesters before graduation.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable with numerical reasoning.

Responsabilidades

• Support the innovation coordinator by identifying market trends and testing ideas.
• Assist in end-to-end new product development.
• Track and follow up on Regio innovation projects.
• Conduct competitive set analysis to spot category opportunities.
• Monitor launches and provide analysis on performance.
• Coordinate requests for code creation, product structure and technical drawings at launch.
• Assist in planning and running team brainstorming for new brand extensions or products.
• Support packaging alignment for Regio toilet paper.
• Develop relationships with Mills, Finances, Supply, Marketing and Sales.

The position is based in Santa Fe and reports to a Brand Coordinator for Regio. In this unique position you will be in charge of following the yearly innovation plans in Mexico to achieve an ambitious and relevant innovation funnel. This is a role that requires critical thinking, self drive, creativity and resilience to ensure full support to the Brand Coordinator to bring relevant innovation for Regio.

What You Will Do

• Support the innovation coordinator by finding new market trends, testing product or brand ideas.
• New product development end to end.
• Follow up Innovation Projects for Regio.
• Competitive Set Analysis to identify category opportunities.
• Ensure product launches tracking & analysis.
• At product launch: provide requests to the department responsible for: code creation, product structure, technical drawing development.
• Help plan and run team brainstorming sessions for new brand extensions or products.
• Ensure aligned packaging designs for Regio toilet paper.
• Build strong relationship with support areas: Mills, Finances, Supply, Marketing, Sales.
