Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager in Monterrey to drive sourcing strategies for Power Components across the region. The role focuses on business continuity, supplier performance, and collaboration with Plant Operations and Planning teams.

The candidate should have 10+ years in supply chain roles, a relevant degree (Master’s preferred), and strong English communication. This is a full-time on-site position with growth and continuous learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Knowledge of sourcing processes (CPSM or equivalent certification preferred), Procure-to-Pay processes, and problem‑solving tools (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred).
• Proven track record in supplier performance management and project implementation.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to deliver results and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business continuity and supplier performance to meet on-time delivery targets.
• Lead and drive sourcing execution aligned with the Lead Category Manager and manage sourcing projects.
• Optimize MOQs and lead times to enable inventory optimization.
• Represent procurement in regional and global forums and influence category strategy to regional needs.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and report risks and opportunities for proactive decision-making.
