Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in procurement/supply chain.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional projects across regions and Enterprise PMO.
• Strong planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred; equivalent certification or experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global procurement projects from initiation through execution with milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Support planning and execution of global procurement strategic initiatives.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance, Operations, Legal, Quality across regions.
• Facilitate governance routines, project reviews, forums, and executive steering committee discussions.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks related to cost, timing, supply, dependencies, changes.
• Ensure project governance, controls, compliance, and Enterprise PMO methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: charters, plans, RAID logs, status reports, governance materials.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of procurement project management methodologies and tools.
• Provide portfolio and project-level visibility to leadership on risks, priorities, and decisions.
• Support change management and communication while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.
