OPmobility is seeking a Regional Purchasing Capex Professional in Monterrey to lead commodity strategies, supplier panels, and cost models for automotive projects. You will collaborate with project, development, quality, legal and finance teams to ensure robust supplier selection and savings targets.

Responsibilities include supplier risk management, contract implementation, and cross-functional RFQ activities to drive best economic conditions and cash flow improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and present commodity strategies
• Create and maintain close contact with different departments (Project, development, quality, legal, finance)
• Develop global and robust suppliers’ panel according to automotive standards
• Build cost models
• Conduct suppliers’ capability studies by performing on-site evaluation audits with development and quality team
• Communicate Business plan with suppliers
• Negotiate and deploy standard agreements with core suppliers
• Ensure that contractual conditions and group procedures are well applied and respected by suppliers as well by project teams
• Support group objectives in terms of savings and cash flow improvement
• Capacity management
• Transversal RFQ management (including sourcing, RFQ process, negotiation, nomination, validation follow up etc)
• Performance and scorecard follow up with suppliers (including action plan management)
• Supplier requests for change management
• Support project buyers to obtain best economic conditions
• Problem solving and look for alternative solutions
