You will lead cost‑saving projects, push Lean improvements, and ensure production readiness across global sites. This role requires a BS in engineering, 3+ years of manufacturing project experience, and advanced English for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in developing manufacturing projects; Pwr tools and Li‑Ion battery experience preferred.
• Strong English for global collaboration and leadership.
• Knowledge of cost analysis, ROI, Lean, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with SAP, Windchill and manufacturing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated manufacturing equipment for new products.
• Improve processes via automation, Lean, and low‑cost automation.
• Identify and evaluate new manufacturing technologies to boost productivity.
• Integrate safety systems into automation equipment and manufacturing solutions.
• Lead and support equipment transfers, upgrades, and installations across sites.
• Participate in DFMEA, DFM, process design, and control systems for new products.
• Evaluate capital equipment and ROI scenarios against schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and track project status from design to production.
