The role requires proactive prospecting, consistent call activity, and meeting monthly targets. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, and experience in logistics sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and understand potential customers and competitors.
• Timely data entry in CRM and build relationships with customers and regional teams.
• Create value-added solutions for logistics needs and support onboarding of new accounts.
• Attend trainings and development sessions; perform 50 sales calls monthly and joint calls as directed.
• Meet required budgets and maintain a diversified sales pipeline across verticals.
