ENERCON is seeking a Regional IMS Manager to lead IMS maturity initiatives across regions. The role focuses on integrating one unified IMS framework, supporting regional teams, and driving improvements with strong stakeholder engagement.

Applicants should have 5+ years in quality roles, APQP knowledge, and experience with ISO standards. The position offers extensive remote work options and professional development through the ENERCON Academy.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in a quality-based role with an engineering/management background.
• Knowledge of APQP and experience with Q-methods.
• Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards.
• Experience across multiple countries or regions.

Responsabilidades

• IMS maturity development and integration—target one system.
• Support regional teams with gap analysis and required changes.
• Communicate structural process changes and ensure owner support.
• Analyze global IMS frameworks and report local roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Chair or support IMS steering committees/forums.
• Align IMS activities with business leaders and functional heads.
• Support internal audit programmes and KPIs.
