Enercon is a turbine manufacturer with a global IT team delivering intelligent IT solutions across the Enercon ecosystem. The Senior Information Security Consultant will operate and advance the ISMS, run threat and risk assessments, and manage audits and penetration tests while guiding security for OT and digital products.

Salary ranges from to €74,957 to €99,950 gross annually, plus staged holiday and Christmas bonuses.

Formación

• Degree in Business Informatics or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience operating and developing management systems, ideally up to certification.
• Proven expertise in IT compliance with certifications such as CISM and IT Service Management.
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong team player with confident interpersonal skills.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and further develop the global Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Conduct threat and risk assessments.
• Manage internal and external audits as well as penetration tests.
• Prepare and deliver security awareness initiatives.
• Oversee and assess security-relevant external service providers and services.
• Support and advise on medium- to high-priority security incidents.
• Provide consulting and reviews for projects, IT locations, production environments (OT), and digital products with regard to organizational and process-related information security.
• Take responsibility for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of global information security standards, policies, and baselines.
• Support local business units in operating and further developing local ISMS frameworks and implementing regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Data Protection, Compliance, Corporate Security, and Risk Management
