US Tech Solutions is seeking a Regional HR Partner to serve as a trusted HR advisor for people leaders and employees across assigned Americas countries. The role includes providing hands-on guidance, employee relations support, and day-to-day HR operations, with primary case management in ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR Generalist/HRBP roles, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience across multiple Americas markets.

Formación

• 5+ years in HR Generalist, HRBP, Regional HR or similar
• Experience providing HR advisory and coaching to managers
• Experience with Employee Relations, performance mgmt, PIPs, investigations, terminations
• Experience with workforce actions, organizational changes, restructurings, or transitions
• Experience across multiple Americas countries/markets
• Familiarity with local labor laws, unions, or employee representation
• Experience partnering with Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and HR COEs
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case-management
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Responsabilidades

• Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, PIPs, corrective actions, documentation, and terminations
• Guide managers through terminations and workforce actions with compliant documentation
• Provide first-line HR guidance on country-specific matters
• Support leave administration, LOA, accommodations, remote-work exceptions, policy requests
• Route policy exception requests and escalate when needed
• Support workforce action execution and follow-up documentation
• Partner with HRBPs on organizational change and regional initiatives
• Support global mobility and cross-border relocations
• Serve as HR contact for regulatory, labor, compliance matters
• Coordinate payroll and benefits escalations
• Review benefits KPIs and communication with vendors
• Manage HR cases in ServiceNow and maintain SLA adherence
