Little Caesars Pizza in Mexico seeks a senior regional leader to drive franchise performance and growth across the assigned markets. You will shape development strategies, align corporate and field teams, and manage budgets with franchisees to accelerate sales and expand market share.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with international marketing and supply chain, and ensuring brand standards.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years leadership experience.
• Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience recruiting, leading, training, motivating and evaluating performance across the region.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and advise on business plan changes.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel within the region and to the US.

Responsabilidades

• Drive market performance across the assigned region and act as strategic partner to franchisees.
• Lead end-to-end regional franchise operations and develop growth strategies.
• Align corporate and field teams with clear strategic direction and disciplined execution.
• Oversee annual cross-functional Franchise Business Plans and budget reviews with franchisees.
• Provide leadership for staff coaching, development and performance management.
• Coordinate with international marketing and supply chain to improve sales trends.
• Travel as needed to manage stores, suppliers, and franchise relations across international markets.
