DiDi in Mexico is seeking a Franchise Business Developer to drive the expansion of a new mobility model. You will identify, onboard, and scale franchise partners, acting as a growth architect with a strong field presence.

You will manage the full lifecycle, use dashboards to guide decisions, and help partners go from 0 to 100 while upholding high operational standards. The role emphasizes field work and market insights in Tampico.

Formación

• 4+ years in Business Development, KAM, or Sales.
• Experience in Corporate Banking (PyME), Fleet/Leasing Management, or Franchise Development.
• Analytical mind to manage a portfolio and optimize outcomes.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Hunting: Actively prospect and close deals with new high-potential franchise partners (SMEs, fleet owners, or entrepreneurs).
• Business Farming: Lead partner growth post-onboarding; optimize costs, recruitment, and scale operations.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end relationship from onboarding to monthly performance reviews and ranking.
• Data-Driven Consulting: Use dashboards and KPIs to identify gaps and provide actionable advice to partners.
• Be the Face of DiDi: Spend 90% of time in the field, building real relationships and understanding the local market.
