CKE Restaurants, Inc. seeks a Director of Development and Strategic Planning to guide regional growth, secure development targets, and lead the region’s long-range roadmap toward a $2 billion system and 1,000 restaurants by 2030.

The role partners with Finance to build the Annual Operating Plan, manage the multi-country openings pipeline, and ensure disciplined execution while aligning franchisee health and governance across the Americas.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in the QSR restaurant industry spanning financial planning, strategy and development.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting results to senior management or a board of directors.
• Strong network of contacts and proven ability to source and recruit franchisees.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional growth and delivery of net-new unit targets and system sales growth.
• Develop and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for development, including forecasting and risk assessment.
• Maintain development planning and financial tracking models and pipeline dashboards.
• Drive a structured multi-country restaurant openings pipeline with governance and review meetings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Design & Construction, and Supply Chain to improve development processes and costs.
