iKraft Solutions LATAM is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive growth and commercial development in Mexico for a premium European sneaker brand. You will lead multi-channel operations, build strategic partnerships, and scale wholesale and retail presence while reporting to North America leadership.

Ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in country/regional leadership, strong P&L skills, and a network in Mexican fashion and footwear. Hybrid work and international travel are expected.

Formación

• 6–8+ years in a senior commercial or regional leadership role.
• Proven multi-channel wholesale and retail experience.
• Experience growing international premium brands.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, and sales performance skills.
• Extensive network in Mexican fashion/retail ecosystem.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, analytical, execution-focused.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Defining and executing the commercial strategy for Mexico.
• Growing wholesale and retail channels.
• Developing relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
• Identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
• Managing sales performance, budgets, and P&L.
• Supporting retail expansion, store openings, recruitment, and team development.
• Strengthening brand awareness and cultural relevance in Mexico.
• Ensuring operational excellence, inventory management, and distribution.
• Leading and developing a high-performing local team.
• Representing the company as a brand ambassador in Mexico.
