Signify, the new company name of Philips Lighting, seeks a Senior Facilities Leader to oversee operations across LATAM, US, and Canada from an on-site base in Apodaca. You will manage maintenance, strategic initiatives, and real estate assets to support a safe, efficient workplace.

Requirements include a technical or real estate degree and 10+ years in facilities management with leadership responsibilities. Fluent English is essential for cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Facility, Asset, or Property Management with leadership.
• Experience leading facilities operations, maintenance, and capital projects across multi-site environments.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English; collaborative and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily facility operations, building systems, maintenance, vendors, and service providers across office and industrial sites.
• Lead Facilities Management strategy across LATAM, US, and Canada.
• Develop and implement solutions aligned with business and site needs.
• Space & Property Management: Optimize workplace utilization and manage real estate assets, leases, subtenants, and property-related requirements.
• Project Management: Lead renovations, fit-outs, building improvements, reinstatement, demolition, and large-scale capital projects.
• Strategic & Stakeholder Management: Develop real estate strategies aligned with business needs, working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and senior leaders.
• Budget, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Manage operational and project budgets while ensuring HSE/security, legal, contractual, and quality compliance and driving service excellence.
