TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking an experienced EHS Leader to supervise and advance the Environmental Health & Safety practices at the Juárez plant. You will monitor, drive, and sustain EH&S programs, ensuring compliance and a culture of safe, high‑performing operations.

You will spearhead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations while coaching leaders and collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and HR to embed EH&S in decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Lead the implementation and sustainability of the EH&S strategy in the plant.
• Act as a change-agent to strengthen safe behaviors and operational discipline.
• Coach leaders and promote EH&S leadership across levels.

• Lead culture EH&S transformation initiatives and ownership.
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Develop corrective and preventive action plans and track closure.
• Manage proactive and reactive EH&S KPIs and drive improvements.
• Supervise EH&S staff and mentor leaders in safety leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and HR.
