Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico seeks an experienced EH&S Supervisor to lead the implementation and sustainability of the EH&S strategy at the plant, fostering a preventive culture and high performance to ensure legal compliance, risk reduction, and organizational capability.

The role acts as a change agent, influencing leaders and frontline teams to strengthen safe behaviors, operational discipline, and EH&S leadership at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Liderar la implementación y sostenibilidad de la estrategia de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad (EH&S) en la planta, promoviendo una cultura preventiva y de alto desempeño que garantice el cumplimiento legal, la reducción de riesgos y el desarrollo de capacidades organizacionales.
• Actúa como agente de cambio, influyendo a líderes y colaboradores para fortalecer comportamientos seguros, disciplina operacional y liderazgo en EH&S a todos los niveles de la organización.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing compliance and routine testing on existing practices; identifying and reporting on areas needing interventions.
• Evaluating potential EHS hazards/ accidents and participating in engineering solutions to improve standards.
• Coordinating periodic team meetings to discuss, create/ enhance EHS programs, requirements and supporting technologies.
• Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with senior management to create consistency in EHS standards.
